Erika Heywood, the founder of Lion Property Services and Reports, has been immersed in the property industry for several years. Her journey began in the lettings sector, where she honed her skills as a lettings manager, overseeing the critical tasks of property inventories, check-ins, and check-outs.

Erika's expertise in these areas laid the foundation for the services she would later offer through her own company. After gaining valuable experience in the lettings side of the business, she made a strategic move to the sales sector, taking on the role of Sales Manager. Here, she leveraged her deep understanding of the property market and her exceptional customer service skills to excel.

Drawing on her extensive industry knowledge and experience, Erika founded Lion Property Services and Reports just under two years ago. This venture allowed her to combine her passion for the property industry with her entrepreneurial spirit, creating a company that provides comprehensive services to clients, including property inventories, check-ins, check-outs, and Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) reports.
